The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree that any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

7. Intellectual Property and License

All content on the jlph63 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of jlph63 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 8. Termination of Account

Upon termination, you will forfeit any remaining account balance, pending winnings, and bonus funds, except where prohibited by law.
